Ramaa Sharma

Ramaa Sharma is an award winning Media Executive, Journalist and Executive Coach with nineteen years experience in the industry including at the BBC. Currently, Ramaa provides transformational coaching and consultancy to professionals, senior managers and directors in all sectors. She specialises in the areas of digital transformation, content strategy, culture change and diversity, equity & inclusion.

Ramaa is also a regular speaker and coach at a number of prestigious universities. She a member of the faculty at the Reuters Institute at Oxford University - speaking, teaching and providing group coaching on the CEO & Director forums as well as the Leading Newsroom Change programmes. More recently she has also joined the coaching team at The City University of New York for a new leadership programme.

Ramaa also concieves and presents radio documentaries and podcasts, most recently for BBC Radio 4 and the Oxford University’s Reuters Institute. More details below.
