Ramaa Sharma is an award winning Media Executive, Innovator and Executive Coach with twenty years experience in the industry including at the BBC. Currently, Ramaa provides transformational Digital & AI coaching and consultancy to leaders in creative and business sectors. She is passionate about enabling innovation that is impactful and inclusive.

Ramaa is also a speaker and coach at a number of prestigious universities. She a member of the faculty at the Reuters Institute at Oxford University - speaking, teaching and providing group coaching on the CEO & Director forums as well as the Leading Newsroom Change programmes.

Ramaa also leads interdisciplinary creative projects including radio documentaries most recently for BBC Radio 4 and the Oxford University’s Reuters Institute. More details below.
